We are the Benson family!  Stephanie began making cheesecakes about 5 years ago.   Her cheesecakes have been sold at our restaurant, Benson's on the Mississippi, in Albany, IL for the last few years.  

A popular staple at the restuarant, Stephanie decided to launch Benson's Cheesecakes as an opportuntiy for their children to become more involved in the business!   They have helped design our logo, been the taste testers for plenty of cheesecake and have been an intrical part in all that we do.  

Food is our love language and what better way to spread love from our family to yours, then by providing the best cheesecakes we can!
